company is ideal for all wedding groups sizes.
For people looking for some relaxed casual foods as your wedding guests mingle and chat to each other. Our Derry BBQ wedding menu serves a choice of canapes to your guests on arrival.
Before moving on to the wedding BBQ menu main course of slow cooked spit roasted BBQ meats, served with a selection of freshly made salads and served with some great BBQ sauces.
This BBQ wedding menu also offers guests a hot vegetarian meal from a choice of 3 as well as a hot potato option.
The Adare BBQ wedding menu also includes a choice of desserts that are served to your guests.
Our we can cut and serve your wedding cake (supplied by yourself). Then for the evening as the party continues, our Adare wedding BBQ menu offers your guests an evening traditional style BBQ with homemade burgers other BBQ meats and a selection of fresh BBQ salads, typically served around 10pm.
Also provided with your menu are compostable plates, napkins and cutlery.
All BBQ foods are served buffet style.

Services included
A Spitting Pig chef, catering assistant and waiting staff to arrive on site approximately eight hours before your chosen serve time.
All dishes to be prepared fresh at your venue while your chosen meat is slowly roasting. (A
pig will take between four and six hours to cook)
The main course will be served as a buffet; the chef will carve your meat while the waiting
staff serve the various other dishes.
For dessert, your wedding cake will be sliced, dressed and served on a buffet table.
Price Excludes Crockery, Glassware and Cutlery.
